An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years' PQE to join a respected and forward-thinking law firm in Norwich. Whether you are newly qualified, approaching qualification, or already have experience in contentious probate or private client disputes, this role offers outstanding exposure, mentoring and long-term career progression.

The Opportunity

As part of a dedicated Contentious Probate team, you will advise clients on a broad range of disputes, including:

• Challenges to the validity of wills
• Inheritance Act claims
• Trust and trustee disputes
• Estate administration disputes
• Proprietary estoppel claims
• Court of Protection-related matters
• Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value matters, providing excellent opportunities to accelerate your development.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

• Are Newly Qualified up to 3 years' PQE
• Have experience in contentious probate, litigation, private client disputes or a related area
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in contentious probate and private wealth disputes
• Have excellent communication and client care skills
• Are ambitious, proactive and eager to develop their expertise
• Enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of their own matters
